How to make Egg Toss
Step 1 Boil eggs
To make this quick recipe, boil brown eggs in water with a dash of salt over medium flame.
Step 2 Add butter and toss the eggs
Take a pan and add butter and Piri Piri seasoning it along with salt & pepper to taste. Toss it well with garlic paste. Next, add half cut hard-boiled eggs. Toss the eggs nicely.
Step 3 Garnish with chopped onion and some lemon juice, and enjoy
Transfer to a plate and garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves, sprinkle a little lemon juice and piri piri seasoning over them and enjoy.
